On November 13, 2023, Pyrophyte Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, entered into a business combination agreement with Sio Silica Corporation, a Canadian-based producer and supplier of environmentally and ethically produced quartz silica. The terms of the Business Combination Agreement reflect an implied enterprise value of US$708 million and equity value of US$758 million for the combined company.
