On February 26, 2024, Gold Line Resources Ltd. and Barsele Minerals Corp. completed their merger transaction pursuant to which Barsele acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Gold Line by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement.
Pursuant to the arrangement, the holders of the issued and outstanding Gold Line shares received 0.7382 of a Barsele common share for each Gold Line share held.
