On November 4, 2022, Northern Superior Resources Inc. acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Royal Fox Gold Inc. by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario). Shareholders of Royal Fox were issued contingent value rights whereby additional common shares of Northern Superior may be issued in the event Northern Superior declares a maiden mineral resource on the acquired Philibert Project in Quebec.
