On March 1, 2022, LBB Specialties LLC acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Debro Inc., one of Canada’s oldest privately owned chemical distribution companies based in Brampton, Ontario. LBB Specialties is a leader in the North American specialty chemical and ingredients distribution industry headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut.
