On November 7, 2022, WonderFi Technologies Inc. acquired Blockchain Foundry Inc., a CSE-listed leading North American blockchain development firm operating an NFT minting platform and marketplace and other Web3 services, by way of a share-for-share plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).
The transaction creates additional opportunities for WonderFi to develop bridges between its decentralized finance and centralized finance platforms offered through its regulated crypto asset operating platforms, Bitbuy Technologies Inc. and Coinberry Limited.
