On December 14, 2023, Velocity Vehicle Group (“VVG”), an industry leader in supplying and servicing commercial vehicles, completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of P & R Truck Centre Ltd. (“P&R”), a dealer and servicer of heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles with six locations on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. The acquisition of P&R was an add-on to VVG’s existing Canadian portfolio of companies.
