On February 17, 2022, Cullinan Metals Corp. successfully completed its initial public offering of 2,785,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $278,500. Cullinan intends to use the net proceeds from the IPO to carry out exploration of its Lac Chavigny Gold Project and for general working capital purposes. The common shares of Cullinan began trading on the CSE under the ticker symbol “CMT” on February 18, 2022.
