On October 6, 2022, Smart & Biggar LLP and Smart & Biggar IP Agency Co joined the IPH group. Smart & Biggar is a leading Canadian full service intellectual property (“IP”) services firm.
The IPH group is Asia Pacific’s leading IP services group, comprising a network of member firms working throughout eight jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific region. The IPH group currently includes leading IP firms AJ Park, Griffith Hack, Pizzeys and Spruson & Ferguson, as well as IP business Applied Marks. IPH Limited, the parent company of the group, is a publicly traded Australian company.
