Sally King serves as Acting Senior Director of Paralegals & Law Clerks and as a senior paralegal within the Business Law Group at Cassels. In her management role, Sally provides mentorship to the paralegals in the firm’s Vancouver Corporate Services Department. As a Senior Paralegal, Sally’s work includes, but is not limited to, providing assistance with public and private M&A transactions, corporate and tax reorganizations, minute book reviews, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, restorations and other general corporate matters.
Sally graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
