Ben McLaughlin is an associate in the Capital Markets and Mining Groups at Cassels. Ben practices corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings. He frequently acts for both issuers and investment dealers.
In addition to his transactional practice, Ben advises clients on stock exchange and continuous disclosure matters. He represents clients across industries, with an emphasis on mining.
Ben earned his J.D./M.B.A. at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. Prior to joining Cassels, Ben practiced corporate and securities law at another national firm.
