On November 6, 2023, Talisker Resources Ltd. completed a non-brokered private placement of 4,611,733 common share units at a price of $0.30 per common share unit and 6,363,178 flow-through units at a price of $0.35 per flow-through unit for total gross proceeds of approximately $3.6 million.
Each common share unit consists of one common share of Talisker and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each flow-though unit consists of one common share of Talisker issued as a “flow-through share” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and one-half of a warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of Talisker at an exercise price of $0.50 until November 6, 2025.
