On December 1, 2025, Sprock-it Acquisitions Ltd. and U92 Corp, completed a brokered private placement for U92 of 8,510,800 subscription receipts at a price of $0.45 per subscription receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $3.83 million.
