On November 13, 2025, Elemental Altus Royalties Corp. and EMX Royalty Corporation merged by way of a court-approved statutory plan of arrangement whereby Elemental Altus indirectly acquired all of the common shares of EMX.
Concurrently with and in support of the transaction, Tether Investments S.A. de C.V. and Elemental Altus completed a private placement of 7,502,502 common shares of Elemental Altus for aggregate gross proceeds of US$100 million.
The merged company will continue under the new name Elemental Royalty Corporation and be positioned as a new mid-tier streaming and royalty company.
