On December 5, 2023, Consolidated Uranium Inc. completed its merger with IsoEnergy Ltd. whereby IsoEnergy acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Consolidated Uranium. Pursuant to the merger, Consolidated Uranium shareholders received 0.5 common shares of IsoEnergy for each common share of Consolidated Uranium held.
