Ilan Farber is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Ilan’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial law. Before joining Cassels as an associate, Ilan summered and articled with the firm.
Ilan graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. At school, he served as a Senior Editor and Chair of the Research Symposium of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. Prior to law school, Ilan received his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from York University.
