On January 13, 2023, it was announced that all of the issued and outstanding shares of Anderson Oxford Inc. o/a ThinkLP and its U.S. affiliate, ThinkLP Inc., a leading provider of loss prevention and safety case, audit, and analytics management software, were acquired by Alpine Software Group.
ThinkLP is a SaaS company specializing in the retail loss prevention space, founded by Douglas Treleaven in 2013 and headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario. ASG is a portfolio company of Alpine Investors that buys and builds vertical SaaS companies.
