On July 4, 2023, CloudMD Software & Services Inc., an innovative health services company transforming the delivery of care, closed the sale of its US based electronic medical records, practice management, and revenue cycle management assets for approximately US$6.3 million. The sale was pursuant to a definitive agreement with a subsidiary of N. Harris Computer Corporation.
