On February 28, 2023, Artemis Gold Inc. entered into a $385 million project financing facility and a $40 million cost overrun facility with National Bank of Canada, as administrative agent, and a syndicate of lenders.
The project financing facility will fund a significant component of the estimated construction costs of Artemis’ Blackwater Gold Project in central British Columbia.
