On April 20, 2022, YourWay Cannabis Brands Inc. and Ionic Brands Corp. entered into a definitive arrangement agreement pursuant to which YourWay agreed to acquire all of Ionic Brands issued and outstanding common shares. Pursuant to the terms of the arrangement agreement, Ionic Brands shareholders will receive 0.0525 of a YourWay common share in exchange for each Ionic Brands share held.
