On April 11, 2022, Treasury Metals Inc. closed a royalty agreement with an affiliate of Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty Corp. in respect of the Goliath Gold Complex, which comprises the Goliath, Goldlund and Miller Gold Projects in Northwestern Ontario. Under the terms of the agreement, Sprott paid Treasury Metals consideration of US$20 million for a 2.2% net smelter returns royalty covering all minerals produced from the Goliath Gold Complex for the life of the project.
