On January 6, 2026, Riverside Partners L.L.C. (“Riverside”) completed its acquisition of Certified Collision Group Intermediate Holdings Corp.
Riverside is a global investment firm and focuses on the smaller end of the middle market. Certified Collision Group is a subscription-based membership network serving independent collision repair shops across the United States and Canada.
