Michelle Roberts is a law clerk in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Michelle’s work includes corporate maintenance, minute book reviews, assisting with incorporations, amendments, dissolutions and continuances for both Ontario and Federal corporations. Her work also includes business name, partnership and extra-provincial registrations and renewals.
Michelle is a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
