On January 31, 2022, Smarsh Inc., a portfolio company of K1 Investment Management LLC, acquired the Digital Safe Division of Micro Focus International PLC, a multinational software and information technology business based in England. The deal included the acquisition of data centres, hardware assets and employees located in Canada.
