On March 23, 2026, Mako Mining Corp. completed the acquisition of 100% of the legal registered membership interests of Mt. Hamilton LLC, the owner of the Mt. Hamilton project in Nevada, USA, from Sailfish Royalty Corp.
Mako Mining will satisfy the US$40 million purchase price for the acquisition through the grant to Sailfish of a 132-month gold stream that will be secured in favour of Sailfish by first-ranking security interests over all current and future assets of Mako and certain of its subsidiaries that hold a direct or indirect interest in the Mt. Hamilton Project.
