On September 26, 2025, Artemis Gold Inc. entered into a $700 million revolving credit facility with National Bank of Canada, as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders. On closing of the credit facility, approximately $450 million was drawn to repay Artemis’ existing project financing facility.
The credit facility includes an accordion feature whereby Artemis may request to increase the amount of the credit facility by up to an additional $100 million. The credit facility will be available to Artemis until September 26, 2029 for general corporate purposes.
