Pejman (PJ) Esfandiari is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. PJ focuses his practice mergers & acquisitions as well as general corporate and commercial matters. He has advised a broad range of clients, including lenders, real estate developers, and renewable energy providers. PJ has experience assisting companies with incorporations, corporate structuring/restructuring, drafting agreements, development of financing strategies, and other matters related to early-stage business ventures. He also advises lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions, project finance, and asset-based lending.
Before joining Cassels, PJ served as an associate at a national full-service firm.
