Natasha Vlajnic is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Her practice is transaction based, with a focus on corporate, M&A and securities law matters. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Natasha was both a summer and articling student with the firm.
Natasha received her JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in Spring of 2021, where she was recognized for achieving top standing in the Faculty’s Business Law Concentration, as well as her Commercial Transactions, Mining Law and Natural Resources courses. While at law school, Natasha was involved with the Law Students Legal Advice Program, was an executive of Legal Education Outreach, and a member of the Women’s Caucus.
Prior to law school, Natasha graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics and International Relations, where she was awarded the Student Scholarship in Arts for achieving top standing in her graduating year.
Natasha spends her free time teaching and taking martial arts classes and traveling to put her love of languages to good use.
