On March 14, 2022, Tactical Resources Corp., a mineral exploration and development company focused on rare earth elements, completed a direct listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange through a non-offing prospectus filed with the British Columbia Securities Commission. Prior to listing, Tactical Resources raised aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $5.7 million through a brokered private placement. Tactical Resources commenced trading on the CSE under the ticker symbol “RARE” on March 14, 2022.
