On December 23, 2021, Eat Well Investment Group Inc. closed a brokered private placement of 8,799,637 special warrants at a price of $0.55 per special warrant for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $4.83 million.
The offering was led by Research Capital Corporation as lead agent and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate, including Echelon Wealth Partners Inc and Beacon Securities Limited.
