Alexandra Nesterova is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Alexandra’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, general corporate and commercial law and entertainment law. Before joining Cassels as an associate, Alexandra was an articling student with the firm. During this time, Alexandra gained valuable experience, assisting on a wide range of corporate transactions involving both public and private companies.
Alexandra received her JD from Queen’s University Faculty of Law. During her time at Queen’s University, Alexandra received a certificate in International Business Law from Bader College in the UK and completed a semester in the International Business Law program at Université Jean Moulin III in Lyon, France. Prior to studying law, Alexandra obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Calgary.
In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys surfing, skiing and reading non-fiction.
