On January 10, 2023, Epiq Solutions (“Epiq”), a portfolio company of The Veritas Capital Vantage Fund, L.P. (“Veritas”), and leading provider of software defined radio and turnkey radio frequency solutions for governments and enterprises, completed its acquisition of all of the assets of Xiphos Systems Corporation, a provider of high-performance, space-focused computing solutions based out of Montreal, Quebec.
