On February 18, 2026, Nuevo Silver Inc. acquired the producing La Negra Mine in Querétaro State, Mexico. Nuevo Silver acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Minera La Negra S.A. de C.V., the holding company of the mine, from Dalu S.à r.l., a Luxembourg entity, for aggregate consideration of approximately US$50 million. To fund the acquisition, Nuevo Silver previously completed a non-brokered subscription receipt financing to raise gross proceeds of approximately US$30.3 million.
