On July 3, 2024, Mako Mining Corp. completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Goldsource Mines Inc. by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement. Pursuant to the arrangement, Goldsource shareholders received 0.22 of a common share of Mako for each Goldsource share held.
