On March 10, 2026, Talisker Resources Ltd. completed a “bought deal” private placement of 26,000,000 units comprised of one share and one half of one common share purchase warrant at a price of $2.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $52.1 million, which included the partial exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
