On October 4, 2022, Sandstorm Gold Ltd. closed a bought deal financing of 18,055,000 common shares at a price of US$5.10 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$92 million, which includes the exercise in full of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
