On April 27, 2026, Nuevo Silver Inc. and Silverco Mining Ltd. entered into a definitive share exchange agreement pursuant to which Silverco will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Nuevo Silver through the issuance of common shares of Silverco. Nuevo Silver holds a 100% interest in the La Negra Mine, a producing silver mine located in Querétaro, Mexico.
