On December 8, 2020, Dye & Durham Corporation, a leading provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions designed to improve efficiency and increase productivity for legal and business professionals, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Courthouse Solutions Inc., an Ontario-based start-up technology company with proprietary software to help modernize the workflow of Canadian courts through the automation and digitization of manual tasks like filings, cross-referencing cases, scheduling, and in-person attendance.
