On March 22, 2023, Collective Mining Ltd. closed a “bought deal” prospectus offering of 7,060,000 common shares at a price of $4.25 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $30 million.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by BMO Capita Markets and Clarus Securities Inc., and including Canaccord Genuity Corp., Cormark Securities Inc. and PI Financial Corp.
