On April 10, 2024, Ally Bank, as administrative agent and certain lenders thereto provided senior secured credit facilities to the Boart Longyear Group in the aggregate amount of US$350 million. The credit facilities funded the acquisition by American Industrial Partners of Boart Longyear Group Ltd. through a court approved plan of arrangement.
