Rachel Venturo (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Banking & Specialty Group at Cassels. Rachel’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, representing both lenders and borrowers involved in domestic and cross-border financing transactions and corporate finance matters. Rachel’s experience includes bilateral and syndicated lending, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, real estate financing, inter-creditor arrangements, acquisition financing, receivables financing, and project financing.
Before joining Cassels, Rachel served as an associate in the Toronto office of an international firm and as in-house legal counsel for a national financial institution.
