Sam DiGiuseppe

Sam DiGiuseppe (he/him/his) was a member of the 2021 summer student class at Cassels and will return as an Articling Student in 2022. Sam is entering his third year at Queen’s Law, where he serves as the Program Coordinator for Pro Bono Students Canada. In this role, Sam collaborates with organizations in the Kingston community to create projects that seek to combat Canada’s access to justice crisis. In his second year, Sam achieved a Dean’s Honour List designation and was awarded the Queen’s Law Course Prize in Evidence for achieving the highest standing in the class. He also worked as a caseworker for the Queen’s Business Law Clinic, helping local entrepreneurs with their legal issues. In addition to his studies, Sam is a faculty-appointed peer tutor, mentoring first-year students on coursework and the transition to law school. He is also an executive member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Prior to studying law, Sam spent eight years working as a musical theatre actor. He performed in 20 professional productions across North America including We Will Rock You, The Wizard of Oz, and Mamma Mia.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys playing the piano, travelling, and cooking for his friends and family.
