On May 30, 2022, Allied Motion Technologies Inc., an Amherst, New York based designer and manufacturer of precision and speciality controlled motion products and solutions, completed the purchase of all issued and outstanding shares of FPH Group Inc. FPH Group is a London, Ontario based industry leader in developing technically advanced, reliable and cost-effective electrical drive systems and light weighting technologies for existing and future ground-based vehicles in the defense industry. The acquisition will assist in Allied Motion’s expansion in the defence industry.
