Rachel Binder (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Capital Markets Group at Cassels. Rachel’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate and securities law matters. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Rachel was an articling student at the firm.
Rachel completed the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy Dual JD program. In addition to her academics, Rachel has worked at a Toronto family law firm and was a summer student with an energy company’s in-house legal counsel. Prior to law school, Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario where she majored in Art History.
