On January 18, 2024, Canopy Growth Corporation entered into subscription agreements with institutional investors in a private placement offering of 8,158,510 units at a price of US$4.29 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$35 million. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.
The closing of the private placement pursuant to the subscription agreements is expected to occur on or about January 19, 2024.
