On June 5, 2026, iFabric Corp. completed an upsized bought deal treasury offering and secondary offering of common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $28 million.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Beacon Securities Limited and including Stifel Canada, ATB Cormark Capital Markets, and Haywood Securities Inc.
