On June 12, 2023, Talisker Resources Ltd. entered into a royalty agreement with Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty Corp. in relation to Talisker’s Bralorne Gold Project.
Pursuant to the agreement, Sprott will pay Talisker up to US$31.25 million for a net smelter returns royalty, payable as to: (i) an initial grant of a 1.12% royalty for a draw of US $7 million; (ii) a further 1.88% royalty for a draw of US $11.75 million; and (iii) up to a further 2% royalty, to a maximum of a 5% royalty for a draw of US $12.5 million.
The initial 1.12% royalty is expected to occur mid-June 2023.
