On December 11, 2023, Nebari Gold Fund 1, LP and Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund II, LP (collectively, “Nebari”) closed a US$28.5 million accordion credit facility with Empress Royalty Corp.
In accordance with the terms of the credit facility, on drawdown of the initial loan of approximately US$3.5 million, Empress Royalty issued 3,104,513 common share purchase warrants to Nebari.
