On February 3, 2021, iLOOKABOUT Corp. (“ILA”) completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding stock of (i) Voxtur Technologies, Inc., (ii) 100% of the membership interests of Bright Line Title, LLC, and (iii) certain technology and non-legal assets of James E. Albertelli, P.A. and certain of its affiliates. As part of the transaction, ILA changed its name from “iLOOKABOUT Corp.” to “Voxtur Analytics Corp.” In conjunction with the acquisition, ILA expanded its existing credit facilities with Bank of Montreal’s Technology & Innovation Banking Group for an additional term loan in the amount of $23.5 million.
