On March 3, 2023, IPC Canada Ltd., an international oil and gas exploration and production company with a high-quality portfolio of assets located in Canada, acquired Cor4 Oil Corp., a private oil and gas company with operations in Southern Alberta, at a purchase price of approximately $84 million, subject to certain adjustments.
