On May 20, 2021, Collective Mining Ltd. completed its qualifying transaction, as defined under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, with POCML 5 Inc. and a wholly-owned subsidiary of POCML 5 Inc. by way of a three-cornered amalgamation. In connection with the qualifying transaction, Collective completed a subscription receipt financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $15 million. The common shares of Collective began trading on the TSXV under the ticker symbol “CNL” on May 28, 2021.
